Joanie and Herbie coming at you and we are so grateful for Arizona Basset Hound Rescue and our foster mom Kim who failed and adopted us. Not bad after fostering 20 plus dogs that she only failed 2 times in 3 years. OK so she makes us dress up at times but we do gets lots of belly rubs, treats and snuggle time which is so worth it. I'm the Diva Joanie and was used for breeding for many years and when I came to my foster mom she called me Hoooter Mama cuz I had hooters down to the ground from breeding (but no more) and I liked to toss around the laundry and a bra landed on my head hence Hooter Mama. I'm the Love bug Herbie and my foster mom was ready to adopt me out when I got into her heart and she said i can't let go of you my handsome boy. YES, my charming ways worked.
