The silver SUV ran off the road into the park area knocking down the two trees in the picture. Not sure if the driver was impared or if it was medical related. The driver was then airlifted to a local hospital. This all happened Sunday evening around 6 p.m. Wigwam Creek North is a small subdivision just northwest of Camelback and El Mirage in Litchfield Park
