When I was 1 years old, my mother, Frances Eleanar Johnson took me from my family. When I was 2, I was taken from her. It had been 30 years when my fathers side found me. Now I am looking for my mother. Need to find her. About 7 years ago, she looked for me, but to no prevail. with this is a letter she sent to Maury Povich. Just trying to get this out, cause I know she lived in Arizona at some point, so maybe she is still there.
THE LETTER:
Dear Maury; I have watched your show for years and have seen you pull off some miracles. In 1978, my 2 year old son was taken from me. I have tried in vain to find him. The state of Missouri says that I abandoned him and that he was put up for adoption. I never abandoned my baby and I have been trying to find him with my limited resources for the last 20 years.
His name is Max James Medina; he was born November 20, 1975 in Louisville, Kentucky. His father is Rafael Vasquez Medina, last known to be in Bronx, New York. His mother is me-Frances Eleanar Johnson, born December 26, 1947 in Casa Grande, Arizona. His father was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico.
