I was driving down Legend Ranch Rd in Golden Valley on Tuesday January 15th 2013 when I came across this water line break out in the middle of nowhere. The wind the night before caused the water to blow about 100 feet across the desert and cover the plants with ice. I couldn't resist the photo opportunity and pulled over and took these pictures
