This collection began with the issue of the first Target exclusive Halloween Barbie and Kelly dolls. They come out to play on Halloween night for our trick or treaters and after a two day set up, go back in the box until next year. The display features a fogging coffin, pop culture dolls, a moon that lights in phases, and many other visual treats.
