During a flash flood today, my husband and I went out to see if we could aid safety service personnel in any way. (My husband is a member of Mohave County Search & Rescue and I am a Lake Havasu CERT team member.) As we drove down South Kiowa Blvd we noticed the water getting higher. Most motorists had pulled off into driveways, but there were still a few who dared to drive through. The third photo was of a motorist who attempted to cross flood waters at Lake Havasu Ave and Mulberry Ave. (This photo is from facebook).
