My parents recently purchased a beach house in Alligator Point, FL. They have beach to bay property so they are being threatened on both sides. The waves on the bay side(as seen in the video) are already flooding onto the road. Normally the dock seen is a little over 5 feet above the water. There is concern the dock will not be there when they return after the storm.
