I 37yrs old on SSDI since 2009. I ve lived here since 9/10/2010.Ive one other roof leak prior to this one which ocurred 3/19/2012. I reported to the leasing office which is on the property at 9am when the office opened.the work order was to be completed by the 28th of march 2012 by 6pm.I ve lossed some furniture and had to clean up the water myself.A carpet company came out and dropped off blowers to dry my carpet. After 3 days it was still damp and VERY STINKY to the point of making me physicly sick with headaches.repairs not fully completed and now I find visible signs of mold in walls.Im month to month and on a very limited income through SSDI. I ve asked for another apartment and rent reduced but was denied.Ive even had a Licesened Contractor look at it as I took into repairing it myself. I just dont have the money. I dont even have the money to move "if I had to or was forced to" Ive documented and photo graphed my complaints.I feel helpless.What can I do?This is the SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPEND To ME in the same apt. If they dont repair the roof like they were suppose to before it will happen again.Ive notice that they are repairing other apts in my complex that have no one living in them,Why am I put on hold?What are my Rights
