Morphed Mexican Poppy

Wildflowers and no rain

Went to Bartlett Lake Sunday morning with my friend Gerald to check out the flowers. When we first drove in we noticed how low the lake was. That was a shock. We were amazed at how many wildflowers there were. I found some of the white Poppies that are rare or don't always bloom. Then I found a couple of morphed poppies. That means there was a structure change in them that made them appear somewhat pink. What a catch. All in all we had a good time.
