I saw a hot air balloon in the Village of Oak Creek section of Sedona, AZ. This was not a common occurrence. Perhaps, it was the wind that brought it into our area. Later, the balloon was flying low, then up, then low again. It looked like it was trying to find a place to land. It ended up in the middle of Bell Rock Blvd. Then it was moved (lifted by several volunteers) to an open space where it was deflated.
