Gilbert Fine Arts Association (GFAA) is proud to celebrate our 39th year in Gilbert and will hold auditions for the GFAA youth production of "Anything Goes" August 17th and 18th from 6:30-8:30 pm. Callbacks will be August 19th from 6:30-8:30 pm. Performers ages 10-19 are encouraged to audition.
Auditions are by appointment only. Please call 480-385-9967 to make an appointment. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled audition time.
Vocal Audition: please prepare 16 measures of a song in the musical style of "Anything Goes" (we suggest a broadway song). No accompanist or piano will be provided, auditions will be acappella.
Dance Audition: wear easy to move in clothing and be prepared to learn and perform a dance routine (please NO flip-flops).
ANYTHING GOES:
This is a classic show with wonderful music by Cole Porter. Showgirls, gangsters, sailors, FBI agents, and other zany characters make for a truly hilarious story. Anything Goes will be fun for everyone involved.
