We live in Ancala Country Club in north Scottsdale. On Tuesday, July 26, early evening, we had a bobcat relaxing in the green grass of our backyard. As I walked outside, the bobcat stood up with a rattlesnake hanging down from its mouth. I had just interrupted its dinner. Thank god it wasn’t our Maltese, BooBear! The bobcat slowly walked to the back wall and jumped with grace and ease. A few minutes later we had another bobcat in our backyard resting in the moist green grass. SO BEWARE! The heat is bringing the wild animals out of the mountains, so protect your loving pets.
