I was caught in the storm and photographed the tree on my way home. Upon arriving home after fording flooded areas on Thunderbird and 7th Streets, I documented the size of the hail and checked my garden. A neighbor's landscaper was almost hit by her RV gate, which he saw fly into the air like a sail and batted it before it could strike him. Volatile weather like this is fun and exciting until someone or something gets hurt.
