UPDATE March 26:
Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas announced today that Kelli Still, (DOB 7/3/64), has been criminally charged in an indictment filed on March 24, 2008. Still is accused of stabbing a Mesa man with a pair of scissors after she appeared at his home on March 15, 2008.

According to the probable cause statement filed by the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, Still was attempting to get gas money from the victim in exchange for sex. The victim asked her to leave and then walked outside the home. Still is accused of entering the home and taking his house keys, wallet and cell phone. The probable cause statement goes on to report that when the victim tried to retrieve his belongings from Still, he was stabbed in the face and the back of his neck.

"This case involves serious charges and they will be prosecuted appropriately," said Thomas.

The indictment charges Still with 3rd Degree Burglary, a class 3 Felony, Aggravated Assault, a class 3 Dangerous Felony, Theft, a class 1 Misdemeanor, and False Information to Law Enforcement, a class 1 Misdemeanor.

Kelli Still

With gas prices soaring, an east valley woman allegedly bartered oral sex for gas money with a male acquaintance over the weekend. The encounter did not result in a contractual sex act but rather an aggravated assault by the woman.

Kelli Still, 43, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies after stabbing Michael Hamilton numerous times in the face and chest with scissors. Still also suffered wounds in the attack that included a partially severed finger. When deputies arrived at 662 North 96th Street in Mesa, both people were covered in blood and Still told deputies that the fight was a result of a sex for gas contract gone bad.

Still was taken to Fourth Avenue Jail and charged with aggravated assault with a weapon.
