PHOENIX -- It's going to be on the breezy side today with a high of about 86 degrees under partly cloudy skies.

Those winds will likely kick up as the day goes on. We're looking at a windy evening with a slight chance of rain in the Valley and snow in the high country, but the big change comes tomorrow when the high will be in the mid-60s.

Temperatures really drop tomorrow night with lows in the 40s in the city and 30s in the outlying areas.

The temperatures should bounce back up by Friday and Saturday. The mercury will likely  be in the 70s around trick-or-treating time on Halloween.
