PHOENIX -- Another warm and dry day is on tap for the Valley, but a weather pattern change is looking more and more likely for the weekend.
Expect partly sunny skies today, with a Valley high of about 81 degrees. Tomorrow looks very similar.
On Thursday, winds will pick up as a storm moves through the state. Rain is expected in Northern and Eastern Arizona, but the Valley will likely stay dry but breezy on Thursday.
Friday looks calm, but as a storm moves into the state, rain is likely in the high country and possible in the Valley by Friday night.
Rain is likely during the day on Saturday, with about 0.25 inch total precipitation likely for the Valley. Showers are possible Saturday night and Sunday, too, and by Saturday night the rain is likely to switch over to snow in the high country.
