PHOENIX -- Wednesday morning was especially chilly, with Valley lows in the 30s under clear skies.

This afternoon is expected to be a bit warmer than yesterday, with Phoenix area temperatures rising to the low 60s under abundant sunshine.

An even bigger warm-up is expected tomorrow.  High pressure expanding from the west will lead to quiet weather and high temperatures in the low to mid 70s all the way through the weekend.

Overnight lows are expected to be in the low 50s by the weekend, and no rain is expected in the next seven days.
