PHOENIX -- An unseasonably strong spring storm will bring big weather changes to Arizona, just in time for the weekend.

We'll top out near 91 degrees this afternoon under partly sunny skies. High clouds will increase throughout the day and winds will pick up out of the southwest. Blowing dust is possible this afternoon with Valley winds between 10 and 20 mph this afternoon and evening.

After morning lows in the 60s, we'll only warm it up to about 73 degrees tomorrow afternoon. The morning will be mostly cloudy, but we'll see a bit of sun by the afternoon under partly sunny skies. Tomorrow morning is expected to be very windy with winds between 20 and 30 mph in the Valley, with stronger gusts possible.

Blowing dust is possible, but so is rain and thunderstorms. Valley rain chances are at about 40 percent, with a better chance to our north and east.

In the high country, snow levels will drop to about 5,500 feet and 3-5 inches of snow is possible above 6,000 feet.

There is a Wind Advisory and Red Flag Warning in effect in parts of Northern and Western Arizona.

The storm moves out late Saturday and Sunday morning low temperatures will be a bit cooler in the mid 40s to mid 50s. Look for mostly sunny skies, breezy conditions and temperatures in the upper 70s Sunday afternoon.
