PHOENIX -- Arizona will see no change in weather as a ridge of high pressure centered along the West Coast continues to bring warmer than normal temperatures.
That ridge will be in place into the middle of next week, so we can expect temperatures above normal through that time with highs in the mid-to-upper 70s.
In the meantime, we’re starting to deal with some air quality issues around metro Phoenix.
An Air Pollution Health Watch for dust/particulates has been issued for Friday and Saturday.
Also, Maricopa County is under a “no burn” ban Friday in an effort to improve the air quality.
