PHOENIX -- The latest weather models are suggesting we have about a 30 percent chance to see some scattered showers around the Valley on Saturday.
For sure, we’re going to get cooler temperatures, clouds and rather breezy conditions by the weekend.
The change is the result of a rather strong cold front for this time of year that will drop high temperatures into the 70s for the weekend.
It’s early in the forecast cycle so the possibility for rain Saturday is just a chance at this point. Depending on the timing of the system, there could be enough moisture around to make rain or we could miss out on precipitation entirely.
In the meantime, we’re going to finish up the week with highs right around 90 degrees on Thursday and Friday.
