PARADISE VALLEY, Ariz. -- Kurt Warner’s Paradise Valley home has been purchased for more than $2 million.
The former Arizona Cardinals quarterback’s house was purchased by another Paradise Valley resident at an auction for $2,550,000.
Warner’s home was originally offered for $5 million, but Concierge Auctions was retained to sell the Arizona home at auction in cooperation with Christine Donnelly of Home Smart International.
The new owner will get to enjoy an 11,300-square-foot luxury estate that boasts a 24-foot grand foyer, glass and metal staircase as well as an elevator.
The home also has a 62-foot lap pool and spa, fountains, and a large play area. But if that is not enough for entertaining an outdoor party, the backyard also features a fireplace, kitchen with bar area, and a cabana.
The new owner said he plans to use the home as a private residence.
