PHOENIX -- Deep monsoon moisture continues to move up into Arizona, bringing showers and isolated thunderstorms for a second day in a row.
A low-pressure system sitting over Arizona isn't expected to move until Wednesday, when it will move north into Nevada and Utah. In the meantime, expect cloudy, cool and unsettled weather.
The Valley will likely top out in the upper 80s today for its high temperatures this afternoon, with off-and-on rain showers expected throughout the day. More showers are possible tonight and again throughout the day tomorrow.
Rain chances stay fairly high for the state until Wednesday, when the storm moves out.
Until then, look for below average temperatures and slow-moving storms that could bring flooding or even flash flooding.
