PHOENIX -- Drier air continues to spread into Arizona from the southwest, inhibiting storm development across the state today.
Even in the high country, there is only a 10 percent chance of storms today. Look for a Valley high of 107 degrees today with low humidity and mostly sunny skies.
Monsoon moisture begins to move back in from the south and east tomorrow for a better chance of storms in the mountains, but the Valley won't see storm chances increase until Thursday and into Friday.
Look for a high of near 108 tomorrow, followed by temperatures that will peak near 107 Thursday with a 20 percent chance of storms both Thursday and Friday.
There will continue to be a slight chance for Valley showers this upcoming weekend.
