PHOENIX -- A weak weather disturbance made its way across Arizona today. It brought lots of clouds, cooler temperatures and a few very light sprinkles around metro Phoenix.

Overnight into Monday morning we’re expecting decreasing cloudiness and by Monday afternoon, mostly sunny and warm conditions.

From Monday through Wednesday the weather pattern will be quiet.

By Thursday, we’re anticipating an increase in cloudiness as a colder storm system moves our way. That system is going to drop daytime temps to the low-to-mid 60s and bring us a chance for showers Friday and Saturday. It’s still pretty early to nail down the amount of precipitation we’re expecting, but as of Sunday night, it doesn’t look like it’s going to be super wet.

The 30-day outlook for February is for the wetter-than-normal conditions to continue with temperatures about normal for this time of year.
