Chandler culinary festival TASTE offers gourmet food, drinks

CHANDLER, Ariz.--Chandler's culinary festival TASTE is coming to Downtown Ocotillo this weekend.

The event lasts from 6 p.m.- 10 p.m. on Saturday, October, 19, and will feature gourmet food and drinks from 30 restaurants across the East Valley.

Sushi Room will take part in TASTE, and visited "Good Morning Arizona" Friday to share some of the foods they will offer, including crab puffs and their Wicked Roll. The restaurant specializes in sushi with a Hawaiian flavor.

Tickets to TASTE cost $65 online or $80 at the door for unlimited food tastings and 12 drink tickets that can be redeemed for wine, craft beer and spirits sampling. If you buy couples' tickets in advance, you receive a gift bag with a bottle of wine.

TASTE participants must be 21 and older.

The event takes place on the southwest corner of Queen Creek and Dobson roads.
