PHOENIX -- The Arizona Humane Society is always looking for people to adopt a pet, but now they need you to do so.

Arizona Humane Society shelters are currently completely full. They are at crisis levels with 400 animals waiting to be adopted.

There are 165 animals that can’t reach the adoption floor due to the full capacity.

An anonymous donor has given the shelter $25,000. Most of that money will go toward offsetting adoption fees during the coming weekend.

From Friday, Sept. 20, through Sunday, Sept. 22, adoption fees are reduced to $35 for dogs, $25 for cats, and $15 for critters. Click here to learn more about the special.
