PHOENIX -- Phoenix police have taken the suspect in Tuesday night's shooting in the parking lot of ITT Technical Institute in West Phoenix into custody.
Carlos Webb was arrested at a home in the area of 37th Street and Janice Way 24 hours after the shooting.
3TV was there Wednesday afternoon as officers escorted Webb from the Phoenix Police Department to vehicle waiting to take him to Maricopa County Jail for processing.
Webb mumbled only, "It was an accident," as Mike Watkiss tried to get answers about what happened in the ITT Tech parking lot Tuesday night.
