PHOENIX (AP) -- Another dust storm has blown through the Phoenix metropolitan area and parts of southern Arizona.
Wednesday evening's storm came on the heels of one Tuesday night that reduced visibility to about 1 to 2 miles in some areas.
National Weather Service meteorologists say the latest dust storm was more than 2,000 feet high in some spots and limited visibility on some areas of Interstate 10 to less than 2 miles.
There were no immediate reports of any injuries or serious damage.
Arizona's monsoon season began June 15 and runs through Sept. 30.
The Valley and areas south of the Valley were under a Dust Storm Warning on Wednesday evening.
An Excessive Heat Watch remains in effect from Wednesday morning through Friday evening for the Phoenix metro area, Casa Grande, Parker and Wickenburg.
