PHOENIX – A man accused of killing his two young sons then trying to kill himself is out of the hospital and behind bars.
Deputies rolled 39-year-old Andre Leteve into Lower Buckeye jail Monday afternoon.
He was bandaged and in a wheelchair after police say he shot himself in the face.
Leteve is facing two counts of murder in the deaths of his young sons. He called 911 nearly two weeks ago saying he shot the 1 and 5-year-old boys at his million-dollar home.
Records show Leteve is a struggling businessman going through a divorce.
