PHOENIX -- Phoenix police are offering a reward to help catch a man suspected in two vehicle burglaries.

Surveillance video shows a man breaking into two cars at a gated apartment complex near 15th Avenue and Buckeye Road at 5:24 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. on May 14.

Police said the suspect removed speakers, books and a wallet from the vehicles then placed the items next to the front entrance gate.

The video shows him jumping over the fence and walking away with the stolen items.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 20 to 30 years old, wearing khakis and a blue hooded jacket.

Anyone with information can contact Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or silentwitness.org. A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered in the case.
