PHOENIX -- Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who burglarized a Mesa business in February.

Just before 5:30 a.m. Feb. 21, the man reportedly broke the lock to the back gate of Graham's Neon Signs near Country Club and University drives.

Video surveillance showed him removing items from the outdoor work area and putting them inside a backpack.

He fled the business when an alarm sounded.

He is described as a white man with a thin to medium build, several tattoos on his right arm and shoulder, and long hair which was in a ponytail at the time. He is believed to be about 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall and between 40 and 45 years old.
