PHOENIX -- Police are asking for the public's help as they search for a man who allegedly tried to take a photo under a woman's dress in a Phoenix Target store.

Police said the man followed the woman into the Target at 9830 W. Lower Buckeye Road on Oct. 17 and held his phone under her dress as if to take a photo.

The store manager was alerted and confronted the man, who denied the activity.

The suspect was escorted out of the store and drove away on a bright yellow, silver and white sports-style motorcycle without a license plate.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 20 to 39 years old, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build and tattoos on both forearms. He had a bright yellow and silver motorcycle helmet.

Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to contact Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or silentwitness.org.
