PHOENIX -- Phoenix police are searching for two men who robbed a credit union at gunpoint Wednesday morning.
After robbing the Arizona State Credit Union in the area of Greenway Parkway and 64th Street at about 10:30 a.m., the suspects fled in a red, approximately 2000 GMC Jimmy driven by an unknown suspect, according to police.
The vehicle had a tan or beige horizontal trim piece running down the middle from the front to the back with gray underneath the trim. It is believed to have an Arizona license plate.
One suspect is described as male, possibly black, approximately 25 years old, 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 200 to 250 pounds.
The other suspect is described as male, possibly black, approximately 25 years old, 5 feet 5 inches tall and approximately 150 pounds.
Both suspects wore all black clothing and their faces were covered. Both were armed with handguns.
