Warmer temps the rest of the week

PHOENIX -- As a ridge of high pressure builds into the Southwest the next several days, we’ll see a significant warming trend across Arizona.

By the weekend, highs in the deserts will be in the low 90s, and in the mountains we’ll see highs in the 60s and 70s. The morning temperatures will also be running above average into next week.

At this point, we don’t think we’re headed toward 100 degrees in the Valley just yet. 

Sure, it’s coming sooner or later, but in the latest 10 to 14 day outlook, it doesn’t seem likely.
