TEMPE - Tempe police say a woman fell from the second floor of a Hooters restaurant in downtown Tempe Wednesday night.

Police said Thursday morning the fall appears accidental. The victim, now identified as Tabitha Farmer, was transported to a local hospital and is listed in critical condition.

Tempe police interviewed several witnesses and said there was no indication that Farmer, 26, was intentionally pushed.

There was no answer at the Tempe Hooters Thursday morning seeking comment.
