PHOENIX -- Chef Reed Johnson shares Milagro Grill's recipe for an apple cider tamarind glaze, which can be drizzled over pork chops.

The pork chop dish is just one of the items on the restaurant's special Valentine's Day menu, which will be available Thursday, Feb. 13 through Sunday.
