PHOENIX -- A spring storm moves through Arizona today, bringing windy and cool changes.
Rain chances are slim for the Valley, only about 10 percent this afternoon and evening.
With strong winds in the forecast, blowing dust could become a problem later today. Winds are expected out of the west today between 15 and 25 mph with higher gusts.
In the high country, a dusting of snow fell overnight, and more could follow. There's a chance for up to half an inch of more snow today in Flagstaff, and a bit more tonight into tomorrow morning before this storm moves out.

The Valley will only warm to the upper 60s today under partly sunny skies. Overnight tonight, the winds will begin to ease up and we'll dip to the 40s around town by tomorrow morning.
Tomorrow and Friday will bring temperatures back in the upper 70s and the weekend is looking warm and dry, too.
