Police seek suspect in road-rage shooting in Peoria

PEORIA -- Peoria police are looking for a road rage suspect who reportedly opened fire on another driver Wednesday morning.

Police say it all began when the two drivers had some type of incident near 95th and Olive avenues.

The 48-year-old victim said the other driver followed him onto southbound Loop 101 and opened fire.

The victim was struck in the upper arm but was able to drive to a convenience store at 99th and Glendale avenues to get help.

The victim was transported to a Phoenix hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Police are looking for a Hispanic man driving a black Cadillac CTS or a black Chrysler 300.
