Phoenix woman pays restitution after husband wins at casino

Three elderly victims received several hundred thousand dollars in restitution after Kimberly Lemke's husband won a slot machine jackpot at a local casino. Lemke was in prison from 2007 to 2009 on theft and fraud charges.
