PHOENIX -- The weather continues to be picture perfect around metro Phoenix and it looks like that pattern will hold for at least the next seven days.
We’re expecting high temperatures in the mid-80s and overnight lows in the 50s with no chance for rain at this point.
For anyone keeping track of such things, we’re probably done with 100 degrees for the year. And get this; the last one we had was on Sept. 21 when we got to 103 degrees. We usually don’t get our last 100 that early so that’s some good news.
Does it signal any great change in the winter forecast? Not really. We’re still looking at long range trends that indicate we’ll have slightly warmer than normal temps and about average precipitation this winter.
