PARADISE VALLEY, Ariz. -- He's one of Major League Baseball's fastest pitchers on the mound.

He's known as "The Freak" because he owns one of the nastiest fastballs in baseball. Tim Lincecum is a pitcher for the San Francisco Giants, and he also owns one of Paradise Valley's "million-dollar listings."

Real estate agents are calling this a "home run" of a deal.

Who needs expensive art when you have a perfect panoramic landscape view? Floor-to-ceiling windows give breathtaking views of Camelback, McDowell and Sunset Hills. It's all yours from sunrise to sunset.

This contemporary modern luxury home is 11,000 square feet and has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and lots of room for entertainment. It includes a billiards bar and lounge.

If you need to cool down from an afternoon mountain hike, take a dip into this desert oasis. The pool area creates a peaceful, relaxing and serene atmosphere.

And to really escape the desert sun, you can chill out in your own private, eight-seat movie theater.

And how's this for a curveball? It's got its own Major League Baseball player-designed and -approved batting cage.

While Lincecum throws a blinding fastball, his batting cage machine tosses a cool 85 mph to perfect that swing.

The house on 4793 E. Charles Dr. in Paradise Valley is listed at $3.9 million.
