PARADISE VALLEY, Ariz. -- This eclectic home looks like a resort.

There is nothing traditional about the 8,000 square foot home.

"This home is the antithesis of that and when you look at these types of ceilings for example you realize this is the kind of stuff that you find in a boutique hotel quite frankly," said realtor Jono Friedland. "People just don't build like this or design like this."

Each room has its own specially designed floor with touches like hand-carved marble tile.

The ceilings feature gold leafing and hand-crafted wood beams that took 40 days to install.

You don't have to be a good cook to enjoy the elaborate kitchen with its zinc counter tops or other unique touches.

"So you got a wonderful entertaining bar here that's a great transition place from your formal dining room living room then we go into the breakfast area and the zinc is carried through here on this bar which is nice kind of little eat in kitchen area," explained Friedland.

There is a large wine cellar, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a beautiful backyard.

"This house designed and built to take advantage of the weather," said Friedland. "You got outdoor living spaces here, plenty of entertaining areas."

The home is listed for $3,295,000.
