PHOENIX -- Phoenix police arrested Waleed H. Gipson for first-degree premeditated murder Wednesday.

Gipson is charged in the shooting death of 49-year-old James Lyle Indihar.
According to court documents, Indihar contacted a woman named Delilah Dunn and asked her to “procure….a man for sex.”
The documents go on to say that Dunn, Indihar and Gipson ended up at Dunn’s apartment at the Twin Palms apartment complex off 27th Avenue in Phoenix.
Police say that is where Gipson shot  Indihar in the head.
Gipson was also arrested in January of 2011 for assaulting a Valley Metro bus driver on the bus.
Indihar is listed as the principal of the Gilbert business, Indico Inc., which was apparently run out of a home in Gilbert.
When 3TV went to the address listed for Indico Inc., the woman living there now said she bought the home when Indihar foreclosed on it. She also said that she has been bombarded with pornography addressed to Indihar in the mail since she moved in.
Indihar’s former next door neighbor described him as nice, but very short tempered, especially about politics.
“He was a good guy, a little different,” said Indihar’s former neighbor Andy Rich. “He just got caught up with talk radio, political radio. So we quit talking a lot then, because it just got to be every time you talked to him, it was about that, and he got very worked up.”
According to court documents, Gipson told police that he suffers from black outs and that he is uncertain if he has ever been to Dunn’s apartment.
Phoenix Police said they are still searching for a second suspect in this case.
