PHOENIX -- The Oink Café was thought up by the Baxla Family to provide a modern style family café serving homemade breakfast and lunch, handcrafted espresso drinks, and eight -- eight! -- flavors of bacon, all in an open, welcoming, family oriented environment.
Being Phoenix natives, the Baxla family realized the need for more great breakfast choices in The Valley. Their aim is to bring delicious fresh food, made from scratch, to you.
Executive Chef Antone Casketta has been a restaurant chef at a variety of Valley favorites and worked as a chef at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort, honing his skills at every restaurant on the property including the award winning Different Point of View.
He has taught cooking classes and done cooking demos for a multitude of events. Chef Tone takes pride and uses his background to create exciting and extremely tasty pork dishes for customers to enjoy.
Did we mention the eight flavors of bacon? Or the maple bacon donuts? Or the Oink Breakfast Burger? (We could go on and on. The menu is awesome.)
