TEMPE, Ariz -- Arizona State University's homecoming is going on this weekend in Tempe. While official festivities actually have been going on all week, there's an unofficial reunion that folks are talking about.
For decades,The Dash Inn on Apache Boulevard was a popular hangout for undergrads, especially fraternity and sorority members who lived on South Campus (or anyone with a fake ID).
The original Dash was torn down years ago. But on Sunday, Oct. 28, the memories are set to live on. One of the former owners is throwing sort of a reunion party at Brat Haus.
Former Dash employees and customers are invited to come and relive the good ol’ days of this Tempe institution with classic Dash Inn dishes and the famous Dash margarita. Wear your Dash shirt and share your memories for a night of reminiscing, good times, and great food.
Brat Haus is located at 3622 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale. They can be reached at 480-947-4006, or found online at www.brathausaz.com.
The fun starts at 6 p.m., and we're told $10 gets you an all-you-can eat buffet of favorite Dash recipes. It should be a great way for folks to wrap up their homecoming weekend and reconnect with the past.
