PHOENIX - 3TV and and Fry's Food's Gobble Give Card Challenge came through in a big way.

Because of the generous support of Fry's customers and 3TV viewers The Salvation Army will be able to fulfill all their requests for turkey. According to Col. Olin Hogan with The Salvation Army, the organization will serve more than 10,000 people this Thanksgiving holiday.

If you weren't able to donate yesterday you can still give at any Fry's Food Store across the state. The need is still great and right after Thanksgiving the organization will start planning for their annual Christmas dinner.

Your donation of cash or non-perishable food items go to help your local food banks and pantries in your community.

If you or someone you know is looking for a place to go for a hot Thanksgiving meal they are invited to attend The Salvation Army's Thanksgiving Dinner taking place tomorrow, 11 a.m.-1 p.m., at the Phoenix Convention Center, South Building, 100 N. Third Street in Phoenix.
