PHOENIX – Earl Simmons, best known as rapper DMX, has been arrested once again and is sitting in a county jail.
A spokesperson from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office tells 3TV DMX is back in custody after allegedly violating his probation.
The rapper was arrested by the Adult Probation Department on Tuesday and faces five charges of probation violation.
