PHOENIX -- The cold front we’ve been talking about for a couple of days has dropped into central Arizona, and it's bringing us some relief from the triple digit temperatures of the past few days.
Temperatures late Wednesday afternoon at many Valley locations were in the upper 80s. Over the next couple of days and through the weekend, we will see temperatures rebound into the mid 90s, but the 100 degree readings seem to be out of the picture for a while.
Thursday is going to be a breezy day around our state, including the Valley.
A heads up for early next week, temperatures will take a dip into the 80s again, and on Tuesday we have a slight, emphasis on slight, chance for showers.
