PHOENIX -- Did the roar of thunder wake you up Wednesday night?
Between midnight and 2 a.m., strong storms pounded the Valley. Some of the most impressive Valley totals were in Paradise Valley and south Scottsdale, with many locations reporting over an inch of rain.
Thursday brought us partly cloudy skies but we still have a chance of showers tonight. We do not expect to see activity as impressive as Wednesday night’s storm.
Our atmosphere will start to dry out heading into Friday and the weekend. That also means our temperatures are warming back to the triple digits starting Saturday.
