Biggest snowstorm of season ends winter, ushers in spring

The snow that has fallen in the high country from a late winter storm is being measured in feet not inches. More than 5 feet of snow fell in some areas while in parts of the Valley the storm dropped more than 1 inch of rain and even some hail.
